FAQ's

1) How do I order a firearm?

Buying a firearm online can be tricky as laws constantly change in today's political environment. However, Saddleback Armory makes the process simple and worry-free!

There are three steps to the ordering process.

a) First, you simply find the product you are looking for using Saddleback Armory's state-of-the-art, dynamic search capabilities.

b) Next, place your desired item in the cart. Saddleback Armory allows buyers to add firearm and non-firearm items to the cart at the same time!

c) Finally, provide us with your shipping and payment information.

For non-firearms items you will be asked to provide billing information, a non-firearm shipping address, and a non-firearm shipping method. For firearms, you will be asked to provide info on your preferred federal firearms licensed dealer from whom you will pick-up the firearm and complete any and all necessary paperwork and background checks. After you review your cart and shipping information, input your credit card information and click "Submit Order." That's it!

2) Do I need any sort of special license to purchase firearms from Saddleback Armory?

No special licenses are required to purchase from Saddleback Armory. That being said, most of our products are intended for adults, and many require the purchaser to be 21 years of age or older. Also, it is important to keep in mind your state's laws regarding which firearms you are allowed to own and any licenses or permits you must possess to complete your firearm purchase once it arrives at your federal firearms licensed dealer.

3) I put items in my cart, but now it is empty. What happened?
Any items you add to your cart will remain there for the remainder of your browsing session. Once a browsing session is interrupted, the cart is emptied. Some common session interruptions include internet connectivity issues, power outages, and inactivity. If your computer remains inactive for 20 minutes or longer, your browsing session may refresh and your cart will be empty.
